From selection to the leasing agreement
To rent space or set up an address at MINATEC Entreprises, applicants must have a formal agreement with one of the MINATEC cluster’s public research organisations. The application is submitted to a selection committee composed of members of the MINATEC Entreprises Board of Management.
Once the application has been approved, the company and MINATEC Entreprises undertake to sign a contract for the lease of premises corresponding to the needs expressed by the tenant.
MINATEC Entreprises offers to lease space ranging from 50 to 900 m² under a short-term occupancy agreement. Moving into the BHT1 or BHT2 enables companies to join a vibrant network of projects and players on the site, thanks to its location on the MINATEC innovation campus.
