From selection to the leasing agreement
Your application will be submitted to a selection committee composed of members of the MINATEC ENTREPRISES Board of Management.
Once your application has been validated, we will confirm our commitments by signing a rental contract for the premises corresponding to the needs expressed.
Leasing agreement
MINATEC ENTREPRISES offers to lease space ranging from 50 to 900 m² under a short-term occupancy agreement. Moving into the BHT1, the BHT2 or the BHT3 enables companies to join a vibrant network of projects and players on the site, thanks to its location on the MINATEC innovation campus.
