Located within the Grenoble CEA, the High Technology Building (BHT1) has a total surface area of 10,000 m² divided between two buildings known as 52A and 52B.

The BHT52A (laboratories, offices) and the BHT52B (clean rooms) are linked by a central core (common areas and services) available to companies.

Offices, laboratories and clean rooms

MINATEC ENTREPRISES is committed to offering its tenants optimal conditions for the development of their activities. It provides them with premises adapted to their needs (clean rooms, laboratories and offices) as well as a range of services.

Laboratories
Basic equipment for each lot:


  • Air conditioning/heating
  • Lighting
  • Access control
  • Adapted extraction networks
  • High voltage (33 kVA in 400V per module of 175 m2)
  • Low voltage
  • Available fluids: mains water, chilled water, standard nitrogen, dry compressed air, vacuum

Clean rooms
Basic equipment for each lot:


  • Lighting including inactinic lighting
  • Access control
  • Class 1000 (ISO6) microelectronic clean rooms, upgradable to class 10 (ISO4) as required, with technical basement
  • High voltage (70 kVA per 72 m2 module)
  • Low voltage
  • Adapted extraction networks (chemical, thermal, solvents)
  • Basic special fluids distributed: standard and ultra-pure nitrogen, dry compressed air, vacuum, deionised water, process cooling water, oxygen, argon, helium
  • Collection and treatment of effluents (acids/bases, solvents, FH)
  • Collection of CIW and SIW.

  • High voltage (9.5 kVA in 220V per module of 120 m2)
  • Low voltage
