Deputy Technical Director
Cédric is responsible for the operational management of the company in conjunction with the Technical Director. He also manages investment work and assists tenants and external innovation companies with their installation or fitting-out projects.

Operations/Maintenance Supervisor
Fabrice is in charge of fluids and air treatment. He is responsible for the operation, management and maintenance of the utilities and equipment in the buildings.

Operations/Maintenance Manager
Jean-Marie manages the operation and maintenance of BHT1 and BHT2, and leads the operation and maintenance teams in order to ensure the smooth running of the buildings.

Operations/Maintenance Supervisor
Benoit is the person in charge of high and low voltage power. He is responsible for the operation, management and maintenance of the utilities and equipment in the buildings.

Virginie is responsible for the administrative follow-up and invoicing of customer and supplier accounts. She assists the administrative manager in monitoring projects aimed at optimising processes.

Virginie supervises the activity and the team of the administrative and reception department. She ensures that relations with tenants and service providers are maintained and develops action strategies to optimize the company’s services.
