The MINATEC ENTREPRISES team provides daily service to the companies housed there. A technical platform and a hotline are available to tenants throughout the week during working hours.
Pierre-Edouard is responsible for the management and the strategy of the company in relation with the President and the Board of Management.
Deputy Director General
Cédric is responsible for the operational management of the company within the framework of the corporate strategy set up by the Managing Director and coordinates the technical and administrative teams. He also manages the company’s investment and development strategy as well as its policy of supporting tenants and external innovation companies.
Engineering Operations Maintenance Manager
Alexandre supervises the technical team and ensures the operation, management and maintenance of of the buildings’ utilities and equipment.
Operations / Maintenance Supervisor
Fabien is in charged of fluides and air treatment. He manages the operation and maintenance of the utilities and equipment in the buildings. He also supports companies with their installations and their construction projects.
Operating Tools Manager
Jean-Marie manages the operating tools and the facilities of the buildings. He also ensures the monitoring of subjects linked with the security and the quality.
Benoit is the person in charge of high and low voltage power. He is responsible for the operation, management and maintenance of the utilities and equipment in the buildings.
Virginie supervises the activity and the team of the administrative and reception department. She ensures that relations with tenants and service providers are maintained and develops action strategies to optimize the company’s services.
Lauriane is responsible for the administrative follow-up and invoicing of customer and supplier accounts. She assists the administrative manager in monitoring projects aimed at optimising processes.
