Leads the company’s development strategy, working closely with the technical and administrative departments, and manages commercial relations with tenants and prospects. He oversees real estate projects and actively contributes to the attractiveness of the sites, while ensuring the smooth integration of tenants.

Leads the technical department as part of the company’s strategy and coordinates the Works and Operations/Maintenance teams to ensure the performance, reliability and safety of buildings with a constant focus on user satisfaction. In collaboration with the development department, he also coordinates new technical projects related to the company’s development plans.

Alexandre supervises the technical team and oversees the operation, management and maintenance of building utilities and equipment.

Benoit is the go-to person for high and low voltage electrical systems. He is responsible for the operation, management and maintenance of the utilities and equipment in the buildings under his charge.

Nicolas is the expert in fluids and air treatment. He is responsible for the operation, management and maintenance of the utilities and equipment in the buildings under his charge.

Leads the administrative and financial division and ensures the sound budgetary, legal and administrative management of the company, within the framework of the investment policy put in place. She supports the company’s development and secures all projects through rigorous financial management.

Virginie oversees the activities and team of the administrative and reception department. She ensures long-term relationships with tenants and service providers and develops action strategies to optimise the company’s services. She assists management in defining the company’s CSR strategy and oversees initiatives across departments.

Responsible for administrative follow-up and invoicing of customer and supplier accounts. Assists the administrative manager in monitoring projects aimed at optimising processes.
